of coz..they are too fast and too powerful..

Only way Marvel wins is if this includes high end cosmics. No way Marvel's regular heroes and villains win short of destroying Earth itself. Even then its technically a wash.

But MU has a crap load of heroes/villains. Even though most of those would die in a second or less.

Wolverine solos.

There are two wins this can go. Marvel Earth gets prepared and organized when the Team Flash arrives, if so, they win. If marvel doesn't have time to respond, and organize, they lose.

Note: I am going by the nothing higher then sub skyfather.

Team Flash bloodlusted would be like WWHulk times 20.

Well gaea is the earth and she basicaly have the power of every living being on the planet at her will(including the earth born gods)
