With No Jobbering they have MM who has All Superman lvl Stats plus all those other powers and Telepathy. They have Black Bolt with His Thor lvl Stats matter manip and that Voice box. Eradicator is already uber. He's nearly on par with Surfer.

MMM telepathy won't do much here most have/are highly resistant. MM is powerful but his durability will cause his downfall quick. BB is good again people in other teams are flat out better or just as good. Eradicator is good but again not as powerful some of the other members from other team.

Genis team is powerful but in comparison they are weaker compared to the other team not by a lot but still.

Thor has been mind controlled and blasted before. So has Superman and Hal and others. And why would his durability be in question when he can phase? His stats are higher than Firestorms and no one doubts for a minute firestorm won't phase thru a physical or energy attack. Black Bolt has already stood toe to toe with Thor. Erads is superman with Matter manipulation.

Yes and they all have many showing of resisting mind control from extremely potent telepathy. You think this is a viable tactic to try to mind rape and leave you self vulnerable to attacks? You think he can take control of these guys that quick?

Why would he try to mind control them when Mind blasting is easier, quicker and more efficient?

Hitting someone phased takes concentration. Something you don't have time to do when people in a battle can blow out stars and remove your soul. BB has fought there with his hammer. The hammer was the reason BB lost. He wasn't in control of his mind and Thor used his hammer to hit BB in the fork with it.
