That was the Exodus back when he was portrayed under his best depictions by the then writers (unlike the jobbing watered down version we have today). That Exodus didn't exactly take Sersi down either.

But, the Apocalypse we have today is watered down when the character was first introduced too (Louise Simonson envisioned him around Thanos's level).

I'd say tie, or at the very least the battle could take days-to-weeks to decide.

Actually Poccy has better matter manipulation. He can grow to gigantic size,s become malleable, make functioning weapons out of hes body, create class 10s out of his limbs, etc, etc.

you think he can transform himself back from whatever she changed him into? not sure about that . . .

I give better odds for Sersi beating Apoc than Zatanna vs. Apoc, if for no other reason than Sersi is more durable than Zatanna. Not a definite, by any means, but assuming no weakeness or other influences, I think she can take him, in one manner or another (and he can get his wins, as well).

But doesn't Apoc have ALL of Sersi's powers + hes own? and Apoc although a jobber has shown greater power/matter manipulation than Sersi has.
