The main crime bosses of New York are all looking to take over. They are Kingpin, Silvermane, The Rose, Tombstone, and Green Goblin. They have each formed their own team for the Gang War. Now Spidey and his band of friends are looking to take down all of the Gang bosses before they tear New York apart.

Spidey's group is himself, Daredevil, Black Cat, Scarlet Spider, and Iron Fist. They must defeat all of the gang bosses and their groups one at a time. They get 2 hours of rest in between each fight. Bloodlust is off.

Round 1: The Rose and The Enforcers (Ox, Montana, and Fancy Dan)

Round 2: Tombstone and Black Tarantula

Round 3: Silvermane, Hammerhead, and The Owl

Round 4: Kingpin (No weapons) and his "employees" (The Jester, Boomerang, Bullseye, and The Answer)

Round 5: The Green Goblin's group. Green Goblin is Norman Osborn here and he's created his own Sinister Six: Himself, Roderick Kingsly as Hobgoblin, Scorpion, Jack O' Lantern, Vulture (in his Marvel Knights outfit), and Shocker.

Can they defeat all of the gangs?

EDIT misreaded something

The only real competition comes from the last team. The first 3 Iron Fist could likely take on his own. Team 4 might be able to wear them down enough so that Norman's team takes it. Then again the only real threats are Norman, Scorpion, and possibly shocker.

What about Hobgoblin?
