not sure...CA aint invulnerble & hes been damage by physical attacks b4 (hes been cut iirc)

Not that much. Monarch only held that much after absorbing 51 other Captain Atoms but suffice it to say that Captain Atom rupturing can devastate an entire region and I can't see Black Bolt surviving it.
