It depends who casts the first spell. However, I can see Zatanna taking the majority. She has better feats than Abra Kadabra. The only thing that pops to my head regarding Kadabra was in Salvation Run. But, he was taken out in most by wild animals/robots.

Abra has been quite deadly before Salvation Run and a regular foe of Flash.
