Basically, Colt has taken his brother's place (Rocky's) as the leader of the 3 ninjas. Shang Tsung has beaten Rocky, and taken his soul.
As preparation, Colt and Tum Tum travel to the Shaolin Temples and train with Liu Kang, Kung Lao, and Master Bo Rai Cho. As the others are fighting their respective enemies (Liu Kang vs. Shao Kahn, Kung Lao vs. Quan Chi), Colt is going to fight Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat. This is the final round of the tournament.
The fight takes place in Shao Kahn's Fortress. FIGHT!!
