I don't know many of Black Witches feats outside of her wiki bio to be honest... but the way genis was portrayed in his insane stage made it seem like he could take on anyone short of Eternity.

Eternity is such a jobber Rhino makes fun of him. Extrapolate the fact that Black Witch can do everything Mordru can and you see that Genis goes down more likely than not.
