I don't see how the other would pet the other down. Mr. Sinister would probably find plastic man highly annoying and intriguing at the same time.

pm, i think his combat ability is greater than MS. I havent really seen MS do anything that amazing. He is more of grand schemer and plotter type and a genius geneticist.

Sinister is a wanna be Doctor Doom.

Plas would kick his butt in a fight complete with pithy comments.

Stalemate, they cant hurt each other or until Sinister figures out how to win.
