who wins here?

A weak Trigon falls to Phantom Stranger; a strong Trigon (like when he finally took full control of Raven and truly manifested in Earth's universe back in the 80's) would make PS wish he had never been created even as a fictional character...

Phantom Stranger...

It just seems he plays a greater role in DC as a whole.

Spectre can't kill him, BLC can't kill him... Very mysterious enigma.
