No outside help is allowed

Who wins?

I'd go with Apocalypse for the majority (if he can remember that he is actually a telepath)

Probably Supergirl. A pissed off Supergirl was able to override Ares' lasso with her own anger and use it against Wonder Girl. That's some rage.

The Apocalypse stomps. There is nothing Kara can do to him with CIS and PIS off. Absolutely nothing.

Poccy wins.

All out Supergirl could win.

Or all out Apocalypse would crush her.

No CIS No PIS Apocalypse.

He becomes the size of a building and makes his particles as hard as Adamantium, While holding Supergirl with TK force field to halt her flying around he wraps around her with pounding with crushing density and buzzsawing away with sharp blades. A Bubble of death.

All the while sealing off all air with his density and TK the adamantium density blades find their way into her ears, nose, eyelids and PRIVATES until she finally succumbs to deaths embrace!

Plus TP to wreck hers thoughts.

Like a giant octapus killing a Shark!
