Adam beat up Spectre, and took on Cap Marvel, and Superman. He was even fighting at Mach 500, I don't think Nefaria can keep up with that level of strength and speed.

the guy aint no joke

he stopped a blow from mjolnir (hulk also did it but it broke his wrist or somethin. Supe did it to but only in dat crossover)

he also stopped a Mjolnir throw (tho w/o odinforce of cos ^^)
