The Prime Universe is not our universe, you know that, right ? There is no Superboy Prime here and never was. The Prime Universe is still an part of the DC U.

Of course there's a Superboy here. DC said it's the real world.

If you want it this way. The Prime Universe would have been an part of the germ, if it had existed during this time, if it would not be a part of the DC germ-U Anti-Monitor would have never been able to destroy it.
