Kind of hard to hit pressure points when your arms are trapped at your sides and being squeezed by a pretty massive dude. Punisher maybe escapes by biting his face.

Is kingpins intent to kill them or just hold?because DD has contracted his muscle's to slip out of hold's before but if his intent is to kill them then he would probably die before he could.
