Duke has access to far more dangerous weapons and is physically superior as far as I know. Instant freeze, plasma WMD's, weapons that shoot 99 missiles in 10 seconds.

Serious Sam can use the Serious bomb, a nuclear explosion that protects him from the blast with a quantum shield.

Hmm, it's possible, but really WMD's aren't the way to go, the best item is something fast that tracks.

Sam kills him while nukem is making it rain at the strip club

He joins him and learns a few lessons from the master.
