Trakata, one of the most difficult, but also the most effective if used properly.

Anakin using Djem So with a tinge of Vaapad thrown in, with the acrobatics of Ataru employed wherever relevant.

I used to be an expert on this :P

Personally, I prefer Makashi, it introduces style, class and elegance to it's wielder, as well as respect for dueling, and brings technicality, precision, leverage and balance to lightsaber combat, a master of this form must mostly worry about blasters.
