Not really. Coincidentally Dr. Manhattan is how I expected Neo to end up after the first movie. Came a little short on that one.

Neo can affect the Matrix. Manhattan can affect everything. He could easily turn Neo's body outside of the Matrix to sh*t, then proceed to wtfpwn the machine mainframe, and the planet. This is one-sided on so many levels.
