2.) Mandarin is a martial artist, correct? Sinestro is a decent enough brawler to take on Hal and Kyle at the same time, but he doesn't show any significant mma feats or strength ones.

Mandarin would rape Sinestro.

Sinestro seems like the type that would acquire a ring with his prep time in his no rings fight.

Seeing as Sinestro was able to start an intergalactic war and force the Guardians to change the Book of Oa with enough prep, I'd say he should definetly win the first stip.
