When all else fails, General Ross hires the Fantastic Four to deal with the Hulk.

Can the Fantastic Four defeat the gamma monster or will Hulk smash them?

Hard to say. Can Johnny Storm heat him up so much that Hulk incinerates?

Not before Hulk snuffs him out with a thunderclap.

He would hit him with a fireball and then get snuffed out.

I think they may do what they did with Doc. Doom, Supernova with invisible woman making an invisible force field to protect civillians, themselves and of course the world

Johnny was moving to fast for Doc. Doom to get a hit on him and I dunno if a thunderclap and put out a supernova

The clap wouldn't have to be enough to put out Johnny right away, if they tried that strategy. He'd be close enough that the force would knock him into Susan's wall, and then all Hulk'd have to do is pummel away.

Hulk wins.
