ok so i got a wacom intuos4 small pen tablet for christmas, its awesome but i am a little worried about wearing down the pad with the pen. does anyone know how well they work with the scratch proof film on them?

I've got no idea, but I've got a Wacom Graphire4 that I've had for like...6 years now (they don't make them anymore) that's scratched all to hell and only just now is starting to wear out, and that's simply because of how old it is.

How about wrapping the gadget with G-Mask?

You can choose the transparent skin.
