Who wins?

Tricky.

If Ravenous is powered-up, then he and Firelord might be about equal; say a 5/10 split, more or less (Silver Surfer would edge in this, IMO).

If Firelord can find a way to diminish Ravenous' power connection (via Curr killing, or somehow channeling cosmic-power to partially negate his abilities, etc.), then Firelord would edge for the win in many (tho' not all) cases.

Ravenous. He was going toe-to-toe with Surfer, before Galactus upgraded him.

S'because he didn't have his currs with him to grant him the Opposing Force..

If Ravenous gets his currs this fight is much closer, Firelord would only win 6-7/ 10 imo.

I'd say Revenous is probably stronger w/Currs, weaker without. 6-7/10 for Ravenous with, but Firestorm wins consistently without.

Didn't weakened Firelord already beat him?
