I dunno, current WM is a beast...

Fight takes place on an aircraft carrier at sea, so there's water for Namor and tech for War Machine to assimilate

Uh huh..

WM clearly has the advantage in range (unless Namor gained some sort of HV-type attack I haven't heard of)

Firepower.. the dude is all about firepower.
WM would most probably play it smart and shoot at Namor from a distance.
