Those crazy Japanese give us so many quirky characters to play with. 
Mario and Bowser team up for a double dash race against one of the monkeys from Super Monkey Ball. To make things fair, the Prince of the Universe offers his assistance to the monkey. They race along Rainbow Bridge, then land in a random KD town for an arena battle. Mario and Bowser can gather pick-ups as normal.
PoU and the Monkey can roll over pick-ups, but instead of getting abilities, the ball acts like in KD, and will get bigger. It will also pick up standing hazards (i.e. peelz are ineffective, but projectiles and other such things work fine). Team Mario Kart loses if they get rolled up by team Monkey Damacy Ball.
Which team wins the race? The Arena?
