Who Wins?

Superman. Pretty easily

Actually it's almost spite. SM 1M can dish out more then Thanos could hope to take, even with Shields. I doubt he can in turn do some damage to SM 1M. It's not a question who will win but how long Thanos will survive. boxing

In many ways the way Quan debates is similar to Thanos's fight with Odin. He gets smacked around and can't make a single cogent point but he never gives up and in his mind its a stalemate or a win.

He has all the powers of Superman amped to an enormous degree, has a GL ring, and has all the powers of his descendants which include 5D Imp powers (purportedly).
He's basically Superman with a GL ring after an 85,200+ year long sundip.
