Who among these titans will take the crown as the more overpowered character? This is the latest form of hollow ichigo.

Ichigo pretty easily. Priscilla can't fly, and while she may possibly be faster (still unknown since calcs on their speed are hard to obtain) she would not survive the kind of damage that H2 Ichigo can deal with his cero.

She can if she's in her awakened form, the one with the horn. But she hasn't transformed into that after the timeskip, maybe she hasn't fed enough for that yet even if she's been kicking everybody's asses the way she is now.
