I don't know about black lantern grundy, but he is way to variable in power level to be a consistant threat to Lobo.

Maybe in his more powerful incarnations

Generally, Lobo. The more powerful versions of Grundy can beat him, but as a median average, Lobo has the edge. (Though neither is very bright; CIS is in effect even when it "isn't", so either might have something cornball happen. However, Lobo has the edge there, too, 'cus he's funnier, while Grundy will just look confused...)

Lobo. Normally a fair bit stronger, uber regen, better fighter, etc..




Lobo's not an idiot, he just has a very direct personality.
