What effect would reality warping powers have on White Phoenix of the Crown?

This thread probably already exsists some where on these boards, but i'll bite. Jimbo wins.

I imagine the Phoenix Force is as susceptible to reality warping as any other abstract, and by that I mean she's screwed.

How do we know that Galactus is vulnerable to reality warp? How do we know that Ultron is more powerful than Nimrod?
