In every episode of Slayers, there's not anything that keeps me from laughing. The Street Fighter II V anime was also so bad it's good quality.

DMC the animation was pretty good too...

I was never a fan of Gintama... I think GTO has some funny moments though. I've also seen a lot of anime so bad they were hilarious.

Seitokai no Ichizon and Junjou romantica.
