Doom but I wouldn't be surprised if Batman takes a few wins, especially if he can enlist the JLA's aid.

Doom goes back in time and stops that thug that shot Bruce's parents without fear of it affecting his own universe's timeline.

Banner only entered the fray once the Intel had managed to poison Doom. he even stated that The Leader was afraid to tackle Doom, head on, and instead had resorted to poisoning the Power Cosmic fuelled robot Hulk to eventually poison Doom.

Banner's tech has pawned Reed and a whole host of "World's smartest" types, ever since Banner stopped hidiing behind The Hulk.

Batman's feats just doesn't compare with Doom's feats.

Joker is a socio/psychopath. How intelligent have you to be to stop a nuts dude?

But to steal the power of godlikes being, to master time travel, and to be second in intelligence only Reed Richards, you have to be pretty damn smart.

Doom would rape Batman everyday and twice on sunday, as he have acces to tech so advance that Batman would probably fall on his ass, and we just haven't talked about magic yet.

Doom is the sort of people Batman is made to take out. Doom stealing godlike beings powers is really nothing worth in this fight. It's an insane criminal against someone who's used to that sort and knows how to outsmart them. The onnly Godlike Power Doom might want to steal would be the Batkick, and that ain't possible.

I guess both have access to their standard resources right?

Doom has recently stolen technology from the Leader, Eternals, M.O.D.O.K., Wakanda, Atlantis and the rest of these guys on this pic

Isn't the Destroyer... uhm destroyed, and he can't power it on his own. So this is a moot point. Standard resources would be enough to create another Brother Eye or recruit the other one?

I know same for the abominations just thought I'll add them cause he has experience with experimenting with whatever asgardians are considered. The real advantage IMO is Dooms magic.

^Magic is an issue, it's a wild card but you can deal with it too. Making Doom stupid worked, I can see Batman with his "Anti-Doom-spray" repeating that feat.
