Rulk is smart. And odds are will land nearby Batman and thunder clap or smash he ground. Once Batman is in the air he is dead.

Batman having PIS does nothing against Loebforce Rulk. The Loebforce is capable of absorbing and amplifying PIS to truly frightening levels. Once Rulk cracks his Thanos grin, Batman is done for, Batkick be damned.
