Standard powers and gear for Loki and Desaad....

Loki wants to Brain wash Orion to fight and kill thor.

Desaad has teamed up with Loki confident they can take orion down and Desaad will enjoy helping Loki torture and brain wash orion...

Desaad isn't really a physical foe. He's got a few things up his sleeve - with his Darkseid disguise he's capable of getting up to or above Byrne Sueprman level, and he has his source-teleporting gun - but I don't see him being very much help here without prep time.
