DC Amalgam seems a bit more stacked, tbh.

Agreed! DC Amalgam is way overpowered especially with Zatana. and the rings.

Marvel's just has SS and Qbands.

Marvel amalgam - Surfer gives them every power they need, with the boost of Thor & Juggernaut's durability and strength. ... at Surfer's speeds and with the Power Cosmic allied to Mjolnir ...

I think probably either they fight until they can't be bothered anymore, or Zantanna's magik edges out for DC Amalgam.

Alternatively, Batman thinks of something creative with that immense powerset.
