Rogue Jedi
Hicks ("Aliens"

and Reese (The original "Terminator" Reese, not the Emo teen Reese) face off at Tech Noir, where Sarah Connor first encounters the T-800. The club is empty of course, and semi lit.
Reese has the shotgun he had against the T-800. Hicks has the sawed off shotgun he carried on his back.
Who wins? Hicks is in military attire, but no body armor.
Darth Martin
Reese is better.
Rogue Jedi
Yeah, with a gauge prolly. Lets do scenario two, Hicks with a pulse rifle, no grenades.
Darth Martin
Then Hicks wins. 99 rounds......
Snafu the Great
Hicks and Reese look at each other with WTF looks on their faces.
They're both thinking, "Why does he look like me?"
Trivia: Apparently, the legendary creator of Metal Gear Hideo Kojima is a Terminator fan.

Reese on the left, Solid Snake on the right.
Anyway, me personally, since they both croak, it's a draw.
God I hope Kojima the Great remake the first 2 Metal Gears.
Oh, and in case you didn't know Rouge, Hicks' first name is Dwayne.
Rogue Jedi
Just watched Aliens twice, Hicks is better than Reese, man.
The Nuul
Michael Biehn FTW!
Rogue Jedi
Yeah, he wins haermm

Just watched Aliens twice, Hicks is better than Reese, man. I watched Aliens this weekend as well. Reese was shown to adapt to the 20th Century weapons very well. He overpowered police officers, was adept with explosives and firearms. He was also extremely tough. While Hicks was forced to bed rest, Reece was still fighting. He took hits from the T-800 without getting knocked out(he was pretty ****ed up).
Reese was also shot and wasn't making a big deal out of it. The T-800's are just a more dangerous adversary and he fought them for a living. The Marines, who all seemed to have never encountered Xenos before, would have done considerably better if they never had there ammunition stripped from them but still got pwned.
Future Resistance Fighter>Colonial Marine
Those guys live in an apocalyptic world hiding from machines day and night, hardly eating, and wearing rags for clothes. Reese is considerably tougher. Like I said, while the Xenomorph is a rediculous creature to combat, that was the first time the Marines had ever encountered it. Reese had been fighting Terminators for years, and T-800's for months atleast(they were new).

Reese knew how to use a shotgun, he has in in "Terminator: Salvation."
Dude, Hicks took an acid bath and survived, that trumps catching some buckshot.
Jaden turned me on to this:

Ah, the elevator scene. It burned through his body armor. I still contend Reese is better.
Rogue Jedi
Why? Because he got hit by a T 800 and lived? Because he took on a T 800 with a shotgun? Hicks taking on several Xenos, faster adversaries, is more impressive.
Placidity
IMO, if they swapped places, Hicks would manage to accomplish what Reese did. On the other hand Reese would be dead meat.
