Tenebrous barely if it's classic Trigon. If it's the more recent one the Tenebrous stomps.

Not much. I think he and Aegis were powerful enough to overpower Galactus who wasn't particularly well-fed IIRC and I'm fairly certain they got the drop on him. Galactus had apparently destroyed the rest of their race in the past quite easily. Still he beats Trigon unless its Classic T.

Tenebrous was stalemating Galactus by himself until Aegis cheapshotted Big G from behind.

Tenebrous beats Post-ZH Trigon.

Didn't Trigon rule the universe once? That should count for something. Raven's soul attack was the only thing that could take him out.

He rules his own dimension, if that counts.

Again if its Classic Trigon he wins, otherwise the Promeial God takes it.
