Vincent wins because of his limit breaks.

Hmm... I thought this could have been hard to decide, oh well.
I'd say Rubedo due of his Telekinetic powers and his abilities to fight with the Guns. Vincent's Limit Breaks aren't so powerful as Rubedo's Red Dragon Mode, in my opinion.

Red Dragon seems to be only effective against Albedo.

Yeah, Rubedo's powers are strong but they only effect things with U-DO Waves.
Other than that, he's just a kid with guns.

Well, Rubedo defeated Albedo by himself.
Rubedo is 26, he's not a kid.

Yeah but even being the best marksman in the world wouldn't do much against a guy who can erase all life on a planet.

He LOOKS like a kid. Rubedo is very mature and he knows his stuff pretty well, when he's serious, he's serious.

A guy that can erase all life on the planet? Who? Vincent? Lmao?
