Just curious what supplements people take daily; for example I take - multivitamins and fish oil everyday.

Some people take herbs for energy or specific vitamins, etc. What do you guys put into your system?

supplements shud be taken very sparingly, we get most of the nutrition we need fromt he food we generally eat{provided its has the main groups and preferable if its organic and not overcoocked}. taking regular supplements can cause lots of problems in the long run.
