DC would probably win because of all the heavy hitters and would probably have Marvel outnumbered too. The Green Lantern Corp probably equal about 1/4 of the Marvel Universe. Nobody on Marvel not even the Hulk can match Superman's strength. There is also nobody who can match the Flash's speed. It would be a long fight but in the end DC would win.

Thanos gets HOTU and eats DC for breakfast. Well, he'll keep it around as a spare Universe to show it off as a trophy for what he conquered.

No they're as irrelevant as guys like Snapper Carr and Flash Thomspon. This is pretty much just Presence vs TOAA. Its a Stalemate.

From what you have said, I conclude that TOAA is > Presence. Since TOAA is actually supreme EVERYWHERE in MU while Presence is only supreme over the things that he has created/reside within it.
