Assuming this is classic Sabes, I think Val's team wins. Though I do think its fairly close, simply because 3 (I think) members of Weapon X's team are immune to pressure point shots, so it'll take a while.

Classic Sabes and Weapon X Sabes would fare the same against a top tier Val, IMO.
