CISless PISless Apoc + flash combat speed. He is going to be able to morph and doge pretty much everything anyone is going to throw at him.

with these stips he should win, the list of onetime powers he's inconssistantly diplayed over the years is huge and they cant blitz him. biggest threat would be beta ray bill, but poccy has too much going on for him here: telportation and superspeed make him untoucheble

Wonder Woman has hit Flash at full speed on multiple occasions. All she needs to do is snag him with the lasso or a trip to keep him from running, then *wham*, everyone piles on!

Well poccy flies, so he doesnt need to run arround, and he can teleport too, so with flash's reaction times I dont see ww grabbing him with the lasso.

Apocalypse can return from a puddle of mush, Tripping at FTL speed aint gonna be a problem. That's if he uses his feet.
