Darkseid has shown resistance to magic in his encounter with Black Mary (when she had both her own power+Black Adam's). She attacked him with everything she had and he shrugged it off more or less because he was interested in restraining rather than fighting her.

Yeah, current Mordru was stalemated more or less by Alan Scott himself, which isn't bad for Alan, but is a significantly low showing for Mordru. Darkseid should win a majority.
