Empire, just because I like their ties.

Scorpionov
the republic had better pilots though
Except for that imperial ace guy

Hewhoknowsall
Tie Advanced's are pretty powerful...but imperial pilots suck ala the movies.

They don't wear ties.

Yea, I get that a lot.

I'd say the Imps. The Advanceds are just really dangerous, and the Interceptors still have a nice maneuverability/speed edge.

The Imperials didn't do that badly in the movies, they got their share of kills.

Lord Lucien
Yeah they sucked navigating an asteroid field, but at Yavin and Endor the TIES did well.

Do you have any figures?

Lord Lucien
I don't think anything exists for just how many the TIEs shot down. Same with Rebel pilots. But 8 TIEs and Vader against the 32 Rebel fighters didn't do as bad as we like to say they are. At Endor, judging from the movie, TIEs did as well as any Rebel fighter. It was in ESB they kinda sucked. But hey; "Look, we got four or five of the main characters on board this ship, so I think we're okay."
