Metro City Jail could not hold Cody Travers, so what makes the Raccoon Police Department thinks that its jail could?
Fortunate for Cody, his breakout is at a good timing, since the 'cannibal murders' begin, forcing the two S.T.A.R.S. officers who had arrested him following a street fight to divert their attention from the escaped brawler to the murders.
About 11 years later...
Cody Travers has (sort of) regained his reputation as a hero of Metro City (Streetwise doesn't count here, since it was a POS game, but his brother was cool though). He and his brother Kyle operate a fighting gym in their neighborhood along with Mike Haggar.
Then Cody's past catches up with him, when Chris and Jill enter the gym. They were the ones who had arrested Travers a decade earlier and like Wesker, they had a problem with letting that incident involving Cody go.
Despite being BSAA, the two partners decide to even the score. But they got their work cut out for them, despite it being 2-on-1.
Note: To make things difficult for my namesake (or in his case, more fun) Evil Jill is being used (no SMGs)
