How would Thor fare against current Arthur? His most recent apperance was as a Black Lantern correct? Does Thor have the power output to defeat him?

This is actually closer than you guys are giving Arthur credit for. He has the energy output to down Superman, the speed and technique to solo a line-up of every Titan (and ex Titan) alive (including a Flash), the durability to take hits from 100 class characters like Starfire and Cyborg, and the diversity to manipulate the magics of Zeus.
