FIGHT!

Battle takes place on an open plain.

Shoes
Yoda stomp.

Nephthys
Nah, Luke will be doing the stomping here.

Lord Lucien
New council FTW.

Shoes
Agreed. My finger slipped.

truejedi
Luke-Yoda Advantage: Luke
Kyp-Mace Advantage: I dunno, even?
Katarn-Kenobi Advantage: Kenobi
Anakin-Seba Advantage: Anakin
Fisto-Horn Advantage: Fisto?

Hmmm... I'm thinking a close fight. Just depends on how much Luke can handle i guess.

Lord Lucien
I think Katarn's Force prowess could overwhelm Kenobi.

Darth_Glentract
New council wins this. Authors feeling the need to always out do old stuff has made them way to powerful.

Shoes
Anakin was on the OT council.

Lord Lucien
Anakin isn't his son by any stretch.

Shoes
LOLWHATDIDITYPE

But you know what I mean. ROTS Anakin is something to be dealt with.

Lord Lucien
Oh yeah. But Glentract's right, the authors did things to the NJO members that are... well... let's just say they reverse-raped their powers.

truejedi
which members though? Kyp and Luke are powerful. Katarn is maybe powerful, but draws everything from a video game, which makes him a border-line unknown.

which other NJO council members have fearsome powers? seba hasn't really accomplished anything except lose to Jacen. Jacen and Jaina are both powerful NJO jedi, but neither were on the council.

I'm just not remembering what the current members on the council accomplished.

Whereas, Yoda, Mace, ROTS anakin, Kenobi, Fisto, Ki-Adi Mundi, Klo Ploon, and Agen Kolar do have many to a few accomplishments, respectively.

Which version of the Old Jedi Council is this? TPM,AOTC or ROTS?

Q99
Lineup for both would be needed.

There was a book/comic version of Dark Forces.

The thing that makes him interesting is he was a badass commando first, before becoming a Jedi. So his fighting style is highly unusual for a force user.

Axle
This is how I think it will pan out:

Luke Skywalker Vs Yoda = Luke
Mara Jade Skywalker Vs Mace Windu = Mace
Kenth Hamner Vs Ki-Adi-Mundi = Ki-Adi
Kyle Katarn Vs Plo Koon = Kyle
Kyp Durron Vs Obi-Wan Kenobi = Obi-Wan
Saba Sebatyne Vs Shaak Ti = Shaak Ti
Corran Horn Vs Kit Fisto = Corran
Kam Solusar Vs Saesee Tiin = Saesee
Octa Ramis Vs Agen Kolar = Agen
Tresina Lobi Vs Pablo-Jill = Pablo
Cilghal Vs Stass Allie = Cilghal
Tionne Solusar Vs Anakin Skywalker = Anakin

Then:

Luke takes out both Mace and Obi-Wan
Kyle takes out Ki-Adi, but is in turn slayed by Anakin
Corran loses to the combo of Shaak Ti and Saesee
Cilghal loses to the combo of Agen Kolar and Pablo

Then it just comes down to Luke Vs Anakin, Shaak Ti, Saesee, Agen and Pablo.
I think he could take down Pablo, then Agen and Saesee, and eventually Shaak Ti, but then Anakin would probably impale him in the back. I just think after the previous battles and the numbers in this match would probably, be too much for him.

wacko

Lord Lucien
Yeah, seriously.

truejedi
except Mara and Lobi are dead, and not on the current council. Shall we say NJO council?

Gideon
The old Jedi Order, methinks.

Lord Lucien
Was their a council in NJO?

Too many people- three persons per side per battle. It's different with a full military body, but this is not one.
