He's superman level when he grows. I'm not saying he's as strong or stronger than him, but he's solid top tier. He threw a superman level being to the moon with one throw. I don't see Uncle Sam being as strong as Hulk, but he could BFR him if need be. US for the tough win.

With the current Obama Administration Uncle Sam is powerless.
