The goal is to not let what the object does affect your decision. Objectively, the ultimate nullifier looks like something that falls out of a recliner when you make a non-regulation maneuver in it.

A better question would be what is a most intimidating looking artifact of Ultimate power? Because a vast majority of artifacts/weapon don't look very intimidating.
