You have to pick 2 characters from DC and 2 characters from Marvel. No other combination.
There is no character limit power-wise.
No special outside help allowed.
Combatants get only their standard gear(so no UN for Galactus, etc).
PIS and CIS are off.

Dressing up as batman does not grant you the bat-kick, believe me, i tried.
