Whose family reniunion would be the most ackward?

All relatives alive counts as family. All lovers of the relatives count as family, and their relatives too
Adoptive children count as family
Robotic duplicates, clones, magical doubles etc count as family
Alternative universe/time-displaced versions of anybody count too, if they are in the same universe and the time period.

So, who will it be?

Charles Xavier?
Scott Summers?
Hank Pym? (Ultron counts as family)
Flash?
Maybe Batman?

Or someone not from this list?

thor's is the most awkward by far; his mother gaea is also the mother of typhon, he and his wife echidna spawned all of the monsters of greek myth (lernaean hydra, chimera, etc); all the titans (gaea's siblings/children) + zues and his siblings/children = war; herculese would be fighting typhon for killing him; loki would be there laughing his balls off; then you have loki's children (hela, frickin midgard serpent, fenris); loki's real parents the frost giants would show up and start shit, and ymir, their progenitor would be there also; atum, thor's uncle would be there chasing guys around......egyptians would be there also, as well as all other earth pantheons and monsters

this will go on and on, i didn't name them all yet and it's already a bad idea

The McPoyles for the win, although it wouldn't bother them one bit, people watching would feel the akwardness

Or galactus's.His sister and him haven't talked for eons.

wait did you just combined the two mythologies?

b/c Gaea is the mother of most pantheons on the planet including the mexican aztec gods now that is an inter racial family in marvel..

MR. Sinister. His close family is enough, now add all the ones he has cloned and absorbed pieces of into himself to gain new powers. Not to mention all the kids he has experimented on and more or less raised. X and Summer families will show up too btw
