But didn't blackheart ban him from hell and made himself much stronger and more powerful as well so which would mean that he should be stronger .

I think mephisto' experience will give him the edge

Blackheart was trapped underneath the Hellfire Club in New York after losing to the FF. He has yet to be released to my knowledge.
