We all know the Pirates suck badly, but like I said earlier they are a team you can just congratulate for trying. Same with the Cubs and their 102-year dry spell.

Only Astros and Brewers play today. I didn't know that Jim Edmonds had moved to the Brewers. Crazy preseason deals.

Watched 4 whole innings of the Pirates/Dodgers game last night. Of course it was Innings #3 - 6, so I didn't get to see the big finish. That was 4 more innings than I watched all of last year.

This cracks me up...
Only the Pirates would celebrate a victory in the second game of the regular season like they had just won the World Series.
